As we've been covering all year long, Competition Dining has been taking North Carolina by storm and the winning chefs from Fire on the Rock, Fire on the Dock, Fire in the Triangle and Fire in the Triad have all been crowned. Now it's time to see which regional Chef reigns supreme in The Final Fire: Battle of the Champions!
The event will kick off November 15 at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel with Chef George Neal of 1618 Seafood Grille in Greensboro pitted against Chef Michael Foreman of Bistro Roca and Antler's Bar in Blowing Rock. Then on Friday, November 16, Chef Andy Hopper of Chefs 105 in Morehead City will challenge Chef Ryan Payne of Weathervane at A Southern Season in Chapel Hill.
The finale of the November 15 winner and the November 16 winner will take place on Saturday, November 17 when one of these four chefs will be crowned The Final Fire State Champion and receive $4,000 in prize money.
Unfortunately, tickets are sold out. But you can follow the action at www.competitiondining.com.
