The charming river town of Southport, North Carolina is among six finalists in a main street 'throwdown' for the NC Chapter of American Planning Association's "Great Places in North Carolina." In addition to Southport, the other finalists (chosen from over 40 nominees) include Mount Airy, Waynesville, Davidson, Salisbury and Roseboro.
Make your voice be heard by voting online for your favorite North Carolina Main Street before April 30.
