Euphoric Over Euphoria

SAVE THE DATE! September 23-26 marks the fifth helping of Euphoria in Greenville, South Carolina. Founded in 2006 by platinum-selling singer and songwriter (and local boy) Edwin McCain and restaurateur Carl Sobocinski, Euphoria is a weekend-long celebration of fine food, perfect wine pairings, and music that moves your soul.


Euphoira features exclusive tasting events, cooking demonstrations, cooking competitions, wine seminars, multi-course wine dinners and live musical performances in Greenville, one of South Carolina's thriving Culinary and Arts Communities. From celebrity chefs including Chris Hastings from Birmingham's Hot and Hot Fish Club, Kevin Rathbun from Atlanta's Rathbun's, Mike Lata, 2009 Best New Chef Southeast and owner/chef of Charleston's FIG, and Bryan Voltaggio, owner/chef of Volt Restaurant in Frederick, MD and runner-up on Top Chef 2009 to acclaimed domestic and international wines and sommeliers to national recording artists featuring Greenville's own Edwin McCain, Shawn Colvin, Walter Blanding and more, Euphoria educates, entices, enlightens, and entertains.

And if that isn't reason enough to get Euphoria on your fall schedule, all proceeds from Euphoria fund Local Boys Do Good, a 501c(3) charity created to support the community and benefit local non-profit organizations.
